How I spent Christmas in Queenstown / クイーンズタウンでのクリスマス
So this time I will write about my Christmas days in Queenstown.
As you already know, it's summer in New Zealand now.
On Christmas Eve, we had BBQ at my friend's place.
Next day, on 25th, I worked for breakfast from 5:30 in the morning.
We had quite many guests because most of restaurants in town were closed.
After we closed the restaurant, we had staff lunch with some roasted chicken, salad, ice cream, and more stuff.
In the evening, I had BBQ again, this time at my place with my flatmates.
So I spent my Christmas doing BBQ! Both 24th and 25th were really fun, thanks to my friends!
For me it is second time to spend Christmas in Queenstown, but I still feel weird to have it in the middle of summer.
I never had BBQ during Christmas time when I was in Japan, because it's winter!
I miss white Christmas, but at the same time it is so nice that we have sun until 9:00pm and we can do BBQ, and stay outside until late.
So this is how I spent my Christmas this year.

クイーンズタウンでの今年のクリスマスについて書きたいと思います。
24日も25日も、BBQをしました。
24日は友達の家でBBQ。
25日は、朝働いて、お昼はスタッフ用のクリスマスランチがありました。
25日はうちのホテルのレストランはお客さんが結構多かったです。
なぜならこの日はタウンのレストランはほぼすべて閉まっているので。
そして夜はうちでフラットメイトとBBQ。
BBQずくしのクリスマスでした。
日本だとクリスマスは冬なので、真夏にBBQしながら過ごすクリスマスは何か変な感じがします。ホワイトクリスマスも良いけど、こっちで夜9時過ぎても明るくて、外でBBQしながら過ごすのもすごく楽しかったです！
